Description

Fast gene regulatory network analysis for single-cell data. Infer candidate regulatory relationships and score their activity from RNA and chromatin-accessibility data. Built in Rust, available through Python, and runs on CPUs.
Usage
To list all executables provided by RustScenic, run: $ biogrids-list rustscenic
Installation
Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install rustscenic Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
