picard-slim

  • Description

    A set of command line tools (in Java) for manipulating high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data and formats such as SAM/BAM/CRAM and VCF.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by picard-slim, run: $ biogrids-list picard-slim Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    picard-slim in BioGrids provides an alias for the picard executable:

    picard.slim

    to distinguish it from the full picard application.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ biogrids-cli install picard-slim Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
