  • Description

    PyMC3 is a Python package for Bayesian statistical modeling and Probabilistic Machine Learning focusing on advanced Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) and variational inference (VI) algorithms. Its flexibility and extensibility make it applicable to a large suite of problems.

    To list all executables provided by PyMC3, run: $ biogrids-list pymc3 Copy to clipboard
  • Usage Notes

    PyMC3 is installed with its own python distribution. The python in this distribution has an alias: python.pymc3.

    Invoke this python with:

    source /programs/biogrids.shrc python.pymc3

  • Installation
