    To list all executables provided by SpliceAI, run: $ biogrids-list spliceai Copy to clipboard
  • Usage Notes

    Note that SpliceAI models require a license for commercial use.

    Models are not included with the BioGrids installation. Users can download the models from github:

    https://github.com/Illumina/SpliceAI

    The model directory under spliceai contains a link pointing to /programs/local/spliceai/1.3.1/models.

    Downloaded models should be installed here:

    $ ls -l /programs//local/spliceai/1.3.1/models/
